Our Internal Business Application
Separately from this website, we operate an internal software application that assists us with our accounts payable work. It is used only by personnel we authorize. It is not sold, distributed, or made available to the public, to our buyers, or to our contractors, and website visitors do not interact with it.
What it accesses: the application retrieves messages and attached documents from a company email mailbox hosted by Microsoft, and connects to our QuickBooks Online account, operated by Intuit, to read accounting data.
What it does with it: it reads those documents to identify invoices, statements, advance requests and related paperwork, and to determine which of our construction projects they relate to. It presents the results to authorized personnel for review and produces summaries used to prepare payments. Its output is reviewed by a person before we rely on it.
Third-party processing:the application may transmit document images and text to third-party service providers for the purpose of reading and interpreting them. Use of QuickBooks Online and of our email provider is governed by those companies' own terms and privacy practices.
Ownership and access: the business data the application processes — email, invoices, accounting records, and project information — remains our property. Access is limited to personnel we authorize, and authorization ends when a person is no longer authorized to use the application. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Use of the application by authorized personnel is also governed by our End User License Agreement.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information that we hold. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information below.
